Our team will create a comprehensive 2D design outlining the location and dimensions of each gaming system while strategically placing entrances , exits, seating areas, play areas and cafe or snack spaces. This detailed layout allowed us to visualize the flow of the playground and ensured optimal utilization of the available space.
Once the 2D design is reviewed and approved by you, we move on to developing a captivating 3D representation. This step will give you a better understanding of the layout of the playground and the various play areas. With the 3D design confirmed, we carefully list all the elements that will be incorporated into your playground. We prepare detailed quotes ensuring full transparency and clarity on the costs involved.
We believe in flexibility and our team is willing to discuss any modifications or additions to the initial quote. Once we reach a mutual understanding, we sign a project agreement outlining the terms and conditions. Payment is usually made through bank T/T and Alipay, and is divided into three stages: 30% down payment, 30% mid-term payment, and the remaining 40% payment before shipment.
After receiving the down payment, we start the production phase. Our team of professionals closely monitors the production process and provides regular updates to keep you informed of progress.
Recognizing the importance of timely delivery, we ensure your playground is built within the agreed deadlines. If there are unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays, we will notify you immediately, and if it is our responsibility, we will compensate you accordingly.
